MSC is a member of the Malaysia Association Of Cleaning Contractors (MACC) and a registered member of the Ministry Of Finance (MOF), to assure the quality services. Our Quality Plan describes the supervision, inspection, and reports by which we give you our assurance of quality. MSCimplements three levels of supervision and inspection:
1. Account Managers make routine visits to sites and are available at a moment's notice
2. Our Area Managers make formally scheduled inspections
3. Our Supervisors Inspect sites most frequently and "on the ground."
Our Account Managers work with clients to set the parameters of quality service, and they are your key MSC management contact. Our Account Managers and Health & Safety Managers do scheduled inspections and use our formal Quality Inspection Report (QIRI). They also prepare Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) when those are needed.
Our Supervisors are local staff placed as on-site in-charge persons. He or she reports weekly at the minimum and completes inspections and check site logbooks. The Supervisor's report indicates to our cleaners where they have done well, and where they need to improve. MSC is well aware that environmentally sustainable practices are here to stay, and will be a factor in the selection of a cleaning services provider. A clean and green facility will promote productivity and reduce health-related absenteeism for all of us.
Our first principle is to promote and protect healthy environments tor people to work in, our second is not to harm the global environments in which we all live and work. If clients have a Green Cleaning Policy or wish to develop one as part of their efforts, then clients' values and ours align and we are happy to assist in meeting those standards. Wherever we can, we have replaced conventional cleaning products, procedures, and equipment with green resources and processes that have been subjected to rigorous testing and certification with the Ministry Of Health.
